H.H.Swami Chinmayananda Saraswati

H.H,swami Chinmayananda Saraswati was a Hindu spiritual leader and teacher who inspired the formation of Chinmaya Mission ,a world nonprofit organization ,to spread the knowledge of Advaita 
Vedanta the  non-dual system of thought found in the Upanishads,which epitomize the philosophical teachings of the Vedas,

swami ji inspired the formation of Chinmaya  Mission in 1953.Founded by his disciples and led by him it is a spiritual,education,and charitable nonprofit organization that enompasses  more than 300 centers in India and internationally .He authored 95 publications,including commentaries on the major Upanishads and Bhagava Gita.He was a visiting professor of Indian philosophy at several American and Asian universities and he conducted university lecture tours countries.

SWAMI VIVEKANANDA(1863-1902)

SWAMI VIVEKANANDA was born Narendrnanth Dutta.son of a well-known lawyer of Calcutta,Vishvanath Dutta,and a very intelligent and pious lady,Bhuvaneshwari Devi,in the year 1863

Naren learnt the Epics and puranas from  his mother ,who was a good storyteller .He also inherited her memory among other qualities.He ,in fact,owed much to her as he used to say later .Naren was all round .He could sing ,wasgood at sports,had a ready wit his range of knowledge was extensive,had a rational frame of mind and he loved to help people.He was a natural leader He was much sought after by people because of his various accomplishment.

Naren passed Entrance Examination from the Metropolitan Institution and F.A.and BA Examination from general Assembly's Institution (now Scottish Church college)Philosophy was the first priority with him and Hastic Principal of the College was highly impressed by Naren's Philosophical insight.It was from Hastie that he first heard of Sri Ramakrishna.A student of philosophy the question of God very Much haunted  his mind.was there aGod if there was  a God what was he like  what were man's relation  with Him Did He create this world which was so full of anomalies .He discussed these question with many but no one could give him satisfactory answer.He looked to person who could say that they had seen God but found  none.

He happened to meet Ramakrishna at house of a neighbour  but there is nothing on record about the impression that he created on Naren's mind He  however invited Naren to visit him at Dakshineshwer some day As the days   passed.Naren began to grow restless about the various riddles that religion  presented to him .He particularly wanted to meet a person who could talk about God with the went to Ramakrishna one dayand saked him straightaway if he had seen God.He said he had if and if Naren so wished ,he could even show God to him.This naturally took Naren by surprise.But he did not know what to make of it for though his simplicity and love of God impressed naren his idiosyncrasies made him suspect if Ramakrishna was not a' monomaniac'He began to watch him from close quarters and after a long time he was left in no about that Ramakrishna was an extraordinary man

සූර්‍ය නමස්කාරය මගින් අපගේ ශරීරයේ සිදුවන භෞතවේදී හා ශරීර විඥානවය කර්‍ය

සූර්‍ය නමස්කාරය මගින් අපගේ ශරීරයේ සිදුවන භෞතවේදී හා ශරීර විඥානවය කර්‍ය
මෙය පියවර 12 සමන්විතය.ඉදිරියට හා පසුපසට නැමෙන චලනටන්ගෙන් අනුව වේ.කරනුලබන සෑම චලනයක්ම හුස්මත් සමග සිදුකරනු ලබයී.
සූර්්‍ය නමස්කාරය හිමිදිරි උදයේ කිරීම තුලින් ශරීරයේ අැති නාඩි හරහා ප්‍රාන ගමන් කිරීම උත්තේඡනය කරයි.වාත පිත කම් දේෂත්‍ර ගමන් කරයි.නිර්නාල ග්‍රාන්ති උත්තේඡනය කරයි.ක්‍රියාශීලි කරවයි.මේ මගින් පුද්ගල නිරේගී බව රැකීමටත් රේගවලින් මිදීමට හැකි වේ.සූර්්‍ය නමස්කාරය තුලින් යෝග දර්ශනයට අනුවත් අායුර්වේද වෙෙද්‍යය ක්‍රමයට අනුවත්.නවීන වෙෙද්‍යය ක්‍රමයට අනුව ශරීරය කෙරෙහි බලපාන අාකාරය   ඉදිරි රූපසටහන් වලින් ඉදිරිපත් කරනු ලැබේ.

හිරු උදාවත් සමග කිරීමෙන් විශ්වයේ ශක්තිය ශරීරයට ලැබීමත් ශරීරයතුල තිබෙන ශක්තිය උද්දීපනය වීමත් සිදුවේ.දිනපතා කිරීමෙන් ශරීරශක්තිය වර්ධනයත් බාවාතමක සැහැල්ලුවත් ලැබේ.ශරීරය නම්‍යය ශීල වේ.රුධිර සැපයුම වැඩිකරයි.ඉන්ද්‍රි්‍්‍යයන් හොදින් ක්‍රියාකාරී වේ.අස්ති සැකිල්ල ශක්තිමත් කරයි.අාහාර ඡීර්ණ පද්ධතිය,ස්වසන පදධතිය,ස්නියු පද්ධතිය,රුධිර සංසරන පද්ධති හා ප්‍රඡනන පද්ධතිය නිසි ලෙස ක්‍රියා කරවයි.(මතු සම්බන්දයි)
