According To Our Studies

According to our studies,in the history of yoga we could trace several yoga methods which practiced and constantly practiced.In yoga sutra ,pathanjalee compiled by Rishi,pathnjalee has explained 8 yoga poses.These have written sutra as follows.

01.Yama          02.Niyama       03.Asana        04.Pranayama
05.Prathya Bhara     06.Dharana    07.Dhyana
08.Samadhi

In Bahta Yoga pradeepika compiled by Swami Swathmarama during sixteenth century explain several Yoga manuals as follows.
          01.Asana     02.Pranayama
          
          03.Mudra    04.Bandha

          05Samadi    06.Shatkarma

Swami Shiwananda saraswathi Maharaj ji resided in Rishikesh in India has explained number of yoga manuals to be practiced and also made constantly practiced.Followings are basically helpful for practicing these yoga manuals.
           
           01.    Serve for other
           02 .    Love
           03.    Give
           04.    Purity(physical/mental)
           05.    Meditation/practice
           06.    Realize(self enlightenment)
